REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Original Artwork or Limited Edition Prints, you may return it to us within 30 days of receipt of shipment for a full refund of its price less shipping costs. Refunds or exchanges will be issued once the artwork is returned to us, inspected and found to be in the same condition as when it left the studio. Please note: round-trip shipping charges are non-refundable. 

Please note the following explanatory note 

Please do not send any original works and limited edition prints back without first contacting us at hfqart@gmail.com otherwise it will not apply and we will not receive the work back. 

In the event that you are eligible for a return and refund you must return original works and limited edition prints, you must mail them to the same address from which you received the shipment. 

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return Original Artwork and Prints. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

We are unable to refund orders while they are in transit. 

Please contact us at hfqart@gmail.com immediately upon delivery should any issues arise with your new painting. 

Return of Original Artwork and Limited Edition Prints in good condition 

Within 30 days of delivery of your Original Work or Limited Edition Prints, please email hfqart@gmail.com to provide us with your order information and the reason you wish to return the work. 

Please repackage the artwork using the original packaging materials used by the United States Postal Service. If you have already disposed of the original packaging, you will be responsible for purchasing the packaging materials to ship the artwork to us safely. If you need packing instructions on how to safely pack Original Work or Limited Edition Prints for shipment, we will provide guidance. 

Please return an artwork via a traceable and insured carrier and provide us with tracking information. 

Once the part arrives safely, we will process your return and the amount due will be refunded to your original source of payment in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original order minus shipping costs and international customs fees (if any) within 7 business days of the return of your Original Artwork or Limited Edition Prints. 

What to do if Original Artwork or Limited Edition Prints arrive damaged 

At the time of delivery, carefully inspect the packaging before opening it. If damage is noted, accept delivery and sign with the carrier "damaged on arrival." If an item is structurally damaged and completely unusable, please refuse the delivery. Please note: A signed delivery receipt, with no missing, damaged, or incorrect part notations, represents your acceptance of the entire order in perfect condition. 

As soon as possible, but no later than 48 hours, please email us at hfqart@gmail.com to provide us with your order information for insurance purposes. 

Keep the original packaging! 

Take photos of damaged artwork and packaging. Email these photos to hfqart@gmail.com 

The Hfq Art support representative will contact you to discuss the next steps for the refund.

Exchange and Refund Policy 

Items purchased from Hfq Art are custom made and printed just for you. We are unable to offer returns unless the item falls into one of the following categories: 

The item is damaged in transit 

Wrong item delivered 

The item is faulty or misprinted 

If you are not satisfied with your experience, we are here to help. Our Returns and Exchanges Policy is effective 30 calendar days from the day you receive your order. We hope to build trust and a long-term relationship with our clients, so our goal is to provide excellent quality service and fair compensation available to resolve your issues. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same original condition* that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer. *Any merchandise that has not been worn and has not been washed and/or tumble dried for any reason is considered original condition. Items must also not have a strong smoke odor or body odor of any kind, must not be covered in human or pet hair, and must not be stained or otherwise damaged. All original sewn or hang tags must be intact.

Attach at least 2 photographs of the item indicating the damaged part and describing its defect. 

Please attach proof of purchase (order ID, transaction ID, order confirmation email, etc.). 

Once we have received your item and the inspection has been carried out, we will immediately send you a notification regarding the approval of your request (item exchange or refund). 

Shipment 

To return your item, please follow the instructions we will send you in response to your request. Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer! 

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. 

Processing times 

Returns typically take 1-2 weeks to process. In some cases, delivery delays may occur. Only when we have received the item can we proceed to the inspection. Refunds will be paid via the original payment type when the purchase was made and may be processed within a certain number of days. For credit/debit card users, the post may appear in your next billing cycle, depending on your bank's policies. If you haven't seen the refund after the promised processing time, please contact your bank first. 

Late or missing refunds 

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Only regular priced items may be refunded; Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
